Rates (in US Dollars ):

      *Weekday Specials Available During Non-Peak Seasons!*

 

                     All Rates are Based on a 1-6 Person Occupancy

          NO Additional Cleaning Fee - Indoor Towels & Linens Included

 

  Single Night Rates are for Additional Nights During Mid & Low Seasons only

  • Additional Guest Fee of $25 per Person, Per Night or $125 Weekly; Maximum of 8 people
  • Approved Pets Welcome with $20 Daily Fee Per Pet

LOW Season $525/2-nts, $675/3-nts, $1,350/Weekly (7-nts), $175 additional nights, 2 night minimum for most weekends, 3 night minimum for others)

   Special Offers - Low Season:

    1) $575 for any 3 nt midweek stay (SU-TH) January 3rd thru May 11th, 2011

    2) $1200/week (7 nts) January 3rd thru April 27th

 

 

MID Season - $775/3 nts (minimum), $1,550/Weekly (7 nts), $225 additional nts

 - May 12 thru June 11, 2011

 - August 29 thru October 24, 2011

 - November 17 thru November 27, 2011 (Thanksgiving week)

 - December 15 thru January 1, 2012 (Winter Holiday Season)

 

 

PEAK Season (Summer) $2,000/week-7 nts, Sunday 4pm to Sunday 11am **

 - June 12 thru September 3rd, 2011


 

Check-In/Check-Out Times:
Normal weekly Check-in 4pm, Check-out 11am.  No flexibility during summer/peak season and only if pre-arranged during other seasons.

Security Deposit - Refundable:
$350 Damage/Security Deposit required; returned within 14 days of departure

Taxes: 5.5% WI tax is applied only to house and boat rental rates (not deposit)

** No weekend Only Rentals during the Peak/Summer Season

Boat Rental

Water's Edge offers convenient Pontoon Boat Rental with the boat docked right at your pier.  Our Pontoon boat is a 2006 Sun Tracker that comfortably seats 9 people and it is equipped with a 60 horsepower Mercury 4-stroke outboard motor and all the accessories you need for tubing, fishing and navigating the waters of Lake Wisconsin.  (See the Boating page for more details.)

Boat Rental Rates:

- Renters are responsible for boat damage and any repair costs will be charged against the boat/house rental deposit

Boat driving experience is required to rent the Pontoon boat.
